The new Class 4 roof was installed today and looks great! The RGS Exterior, LLC crew arrived early this morning and worked straight through until evening. They did an outstanding job via team work, cleaned up all debris and nails, and showed real attention to detail. RGS has provided excellent customer service from start to finish, and their pricing was fair. I highly recommend RGS and especially grateful to Mike Cox and Brandon for their professionalism and follow-through.

The Springdale Hail Storm of 2025: We recently had our roof replaced and additional gutters with leaf guard installed by RGS Exteriors, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The owner, Mike Cox, and Brandon were professional, courteous, and dependable — always arriving early for every meeting, including the pre-install visit. The install crew started work early, and was finished in one day. It’s not often these days that you can sit down at your kitchen table, discuss the job in person, and finish with a firm handshake — but that’s exactly how RGS does business. Mike personally ensured everything was done correctly and kept his word every step of the way. They also did a perfect job installing and mounting the gutters and leaf guards — clean lines, solid craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout. The crew at RGS did an excellent job replacing all our gutters. The installation guys were super nice and did top notch work! They were installed a month ago and they handled our recent monsoon quite well!!
